    Your order email address is used for the buyer review invitation.

  2. Look out for your ISAW review invitation

    After your order is delivered, eligible buyers may receive a product review invitation by email.

  3. Share your genuine product experience

    Open the review invitation and submit your honest feedback. The reward does not depend on giving a positive or 5-star rating.

  4. Receive RM2 Store Credit

    Eligible submitted buyer reviews receive RM2 Store Credit according to the active ISAW review programme settings.

About the review programme

Reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience. ISAW may moderate spam, duplicate submissions, personal information, abusive content or material unrelated to the purchased product. Genuine critical or negative feedback remains welcome and is not excluded simply because it is negative.
